Tammy took the time to understand my specific needs and what I was looking for in my new home. Not just a house but a forever HOME for me and my babies. I had very specific things I wanted in my new home, and Tammy took the time to find the right homes to show me based on my specifications. Not just houses in a certain price range as previous reatltors had done. Her diligence went above and beyond the norm, and I highly recommend her as your next realtor.

Tammy has the patience of a saint. I had been working with from Feb 2021 ( from a distance) until June1, 2021. Responsive to my emails and questions and accommodating to my needs, Tammy was always available to me during my journey to find a home that met my needs. She understood what I was I looking for and would schedule appts for me to see a property within a 2 hour timeframe. After a few failed offer rejections or over bids we found the right place for me. Moving from out of state she understood angst in finding a home that I could enjoy for a very long time.

Tammy was wonderful in helping our daughter and fiance (first time home buyers) locate a house to purchase. She was patient, not pushy and made herself available to them when they had questions. Because of the great job that she did with them, we were happy to list our home for sale when we were downsizing. We were happy to have found Tammy and have recommended her to others.
